Our FAQs

How are your products made?


Our designs are printed, and cut and sewn from scratch.  Each order is produced after you order it from a roll of white fabric!


Exact design colors are not guaranteed as every computer screen and phone displays differently. Design colors may vary between fabric types, e.g. a backpack and a t-shirt may not match perfectly.


Garment Care:


We recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors.  Tumble dry low, do not bleach, iron if necessary.

Turn your apparel inside out before washing to preserve the life of your graphic.


Loose ends are completely normal on any shirt. We do not recommend cutting them! Try knotting them instead and any extra string past the knot can be cut off safely.


Shipping time:


We make each order on-demand, meaning we print, cut and sew your order after you place it.  We think this makes our products pretty special, we hope you agree!


Manufacturing time 1 - 3 business days

Shipping time Domestic 7 -9 business days

Shipping time International 14 - 30 business days


These times are only estimates, and can vary based on your exact location.

Please note: We do not offer express shipping of any kind, sorry! :(


Do you ship to my location?


We will shop to customers in North America, Central America, Latin America, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.


Shipping Costs:


Shipping is based on the number and types of items in your order.  Prices are as follows:

Domestic:


Bags and Hoodies $7 first item, $4 for each additional item

Posters are shipped separately from any other items in your order and incur a $5 charge in addition to shipping fees for any other items in your order

All other products $5 first item, $2 for each additional item


International:


Bags and Hoodies $9 first item, $4 for each additional item

Posters are shipped separately from any other items in your order and incur a $5 charge in addition to shipping fees for any other items in your order

All other products $7 first item, $2 for each additional item


Here are some example orders and their shipping fees (domestic):

1 bag, 2 t-shirts = $7 first item fee + $2 2nd item + $2 3rd item = $11 total shipping fee

1 poster, 1 t-shirt = $5 first item fee + $5 poster fee = $10 total shipping fee

2 t-shirts = $5 first item fee + $2 2nd item fee = $7 total shipping fee

2 bags = $7 first item fee + $2 2nd item fee = $9 total shipping fee

*If you are ordering outside of the United States, please check with your local postal service to see if you will be charged an additional customs fee based on the price of your order. We can not include that charge in the original shipping price, change the value of the merchandise in the customs information, or refund anyone for this charge. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Order Tracking:


For domestic (USA) orders: As soon as your order is available for tracking you will be sent an email with a tracking number.  Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.


For international orders: As soon as your order is available for tracking you will be sent an email with a tracking number.  International orders are shipped via HK Post.  Depending on your local countries post office you may be able to track the package through delivery.  Many countries do not support this.  We recommend contacting your local post office once your order shows as delivered to your local country in the HK Post tracking link.


Address Change:


No Problem! Just send us an email at ecom@crunchyroll.zendesk.com with your name, order number, and your correct shipping address within 24 hours of ordering and we can fix it.  On occasion we ship in under 24 hours, we cannot update your address once you have received a tracking email.


Returns/Exchanges:


Undamaged items and unwashed/unworn apparel can be returned for store credit and must be requested via email within 30 days of the original shipping date. We will NOT accept items that are not in re-sellable condition.

You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) to our fulfillment center.

Once we receive the item back you will be refunded in the form of a gift card via email.

Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.

Credits cannot be issued in the form of checks or cash. Shipping costs can not be refunded.

If your package is returned to us for any reason you are responsible for any reshipping costs.


Return Instructions:

  1. Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center.
  2. Include a note with the following information:

Store Credit or Exchange?

Reason for return

Exchange item(s) requested (if applicable)

Please make sure to secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your shipment. Your order # is required for your return or exchange to be processed by our fulfillment warehouse.


Please email customer service at ecom@crunchyroll.zendesk.com to let them know about your return. Include all information listed in step 2. This will help should your package ever be lost in transit.

Incorrect/Missing/Damaged items:


If you are missing an item or have received an incorrect item with your order, please contact us including the following information:

If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (e.g.: misprinted, hole in fabric, etc.), please contact us at ecom@crunchyroll.zendesk.com and make sure to include the following information:

Order number

Defective item

Description of the defect(s)

Picture of the defect(s)


Cancel order:


If you need to cancel your order please send us an email right away at ecom@crunchyroll.zendesk.com. All orders are able to be canceled prior to shipment. If your package has shipped and you would still like to cancel you can return your order for a refund minus original shipping costs so long as your product is undamaged and/or unworn.
